We are able to provide on-site and remote technical support for your network. Whether your network is an infrastructure network (incorporating a server or servers) or an ad-hoc network (peer to peer – no server), we can help you with expansion, reduction, upgrades or simply troubleshooting any existing issues.
If you would like a quote for works or just some advice regarding your network, please feel free to contact us. We will attend at your home or office and examine your hardware, cabling, computers and the configuration used by them. If it is a simple configuration change needed, we will complete this on-site straight away. Once we have completed this network survey, we will be able to offer you the same advice and support as our existing customers.
If we install your network from scratch, we will record details which enable us to offer you instant telephone or email technical support. If we are unable to resolve the problem using these methods, we can provide on-site support to help resolve the issue.
